This kit includes one pair of Atlas Race bindings. The binding kit includes left and right bindings with heel straps, 6 bolts, 6 nuts, 6 washers, and 2 aluminum crampons. Also included with the kit is a pair of Direct Mount Guides which allows these bindings to be directly mounted to your desired footwear for the ultimate in customizable snowshoe running technology (essentially allows bolting of your running shoes to the bindings/snowshoes if desired).
Will these bindings work on your snowshoes? These Atlas Race bindings are a replacement binding for ONLY for the Atlas Race snowshoe model as seen in the pictures above. These are very light weight and not suitable for use on general hiking or back-country travel snowshoes. This kit will provide everything needed to replace broken Race bindings that are held in place with a 3 bolt pattern. If your Atlas snowshoes have a 4 hole bolt/rivet pattern, this kit will NOT work on your snowshoes. These are a ‘one size fits most’ binding and are designed to work with running shoes.
Estimated time to install: 30-40 minutes.
We do not have installation instructions for this exact style of bindings but it is a pretty simple installation with nuts, bolts, and washers.
Tools you will need: a 3mm Allen wrench and an adjustable crescent wrench.
