CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME

We will be CLOSED Sept 6th through 21st. We will not be returning calls or email during this time.

Turn-Around time is currently running approx. 6-8 weeks.
These time estimates include the amount of time items are in our shop. This does not include shipping time.

Snowshoe Repairs/Parts- We are out of stock for some parts. Our annual parts shipment is expected to arrive in December 2025.

Parts Orders- typically ship in 1-3 business days. Shipping Mondays through Thursdays.

We do not do 'rush' jobs so please plan ahead.  Turn around times can be longer if approval of estimates are required. All items must be CLEANED before sending them in for repair. Unclean items will either be assessed a cleaning fee before repair or returned un-repaired. Please see Mail Order page for more info.
