We will be CLOSED Nov 23rd through 26th and Dec 23 through Jan 1st. We will not be responding to inquiries or shipping out repairs or parts orders during these periods.

Snowshoes, Tents, Packs, Sleeping Bags- approx 5-7 week turn around (time in our shop).

Apparel and other repairs- approx 5-7 week turn around (time in our shop).

We do not do 'rush' jobs so please plan ahead. Turn around times can be longer if approval of estimates are required. All items must be CLEANED before sending them in for repair. Unclean items will either be assessed a cleaning fee before repair or returned un-repaired.
