CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME

We will be CLOSED Dec 25th 2025 through Jan 4th 2026. We will not be returning calls or email during this time.

Turn-Around time for sewing repairs is currently running approx. 6-8 weeks. Turn-Around time for snowshoes is approx 1-3 weeks.
These time estimates include the amount of time items are in our shop. This does not include shipping time.

Parts Orders- typically ship in 1-3 business days. Shipping Mondays through Thursdays. We will not be shipping from Dec 25th 2025 through Jan 4th 2026.

We do not do 'rush' jobs so please plan ahead.  Turn around times can be longer if approval of estimates are required. All items must be CLEANED before sending them in for repair. Unclean items will either be assessed a cleaning fee before repair or returned un-repaired. Please see Mail Order page for more info.
