Current Turn Around Time- approx 3 weeks (time in our shop).

We do not do 'rush' jobs so please plan ahead. Turn around times can be longer if approval of estimates are required. All items must be CLEANED before sending them in for repair. Unclean items will either be assessed a cleaning fee before repair or returned un-repaired.

Are you the kind of person that is leaving your tent set up in the backyard all summer? Extended exposure to UV rays ☀️ will significantly weaken the fabric of your tent and it can easily tear like this. The more UV damage the fabric gets, the less repairable it becomes. Stitching through UV damaged fabric creates perforations that weaken the fabric more, much like a perforated piece of paper that tears easily. Avoid long term UV exposure and your tent will last a long time. Happy camping! 🌞

Spent the day at @pctdays talking with folks from

Spent the day at @pctdays talking with folks from a variety of outdoor brands about repairing gear. It was a really great experience meeting people who are passionate about repairing and who want to share their experience and ideas with each other. It was also amazing to see the community of people (and their tent city) who are hiking the PCT. What a fantastic event.
