We are SOLD OUT of many snowshoe parts including bindings and the heel straps. More parts arrive in Fall 2026. Do not send us your snowshoes until we have parts. If you would like to be notified of when parts arrive, you can sign up on our Parts Page.

Turn-Around time for sewing repairs is currently running approx. 6-8 weeks.
These time estimates include the amount of time items are in our shop. This does not include shipping time.

Parts Orders- for in-stock items typically ship in 1-3 business days. We usually ship Mondays through Thursdays.

We do not do 'rush' jobs so please plan ahead.  Turn around times can be longer if approval of estimates are required. All items must be CLEANED before sending them in for repair. Unclean items will either be assessed a cleaning fee before repair or returned un-repaired. Please see Mail Order page for more info.
