Providing accurate quotes by email can be challenging, as items can vary widely in how they’re made and in the type of damage they’ve sustained. Photos are helpful, but they often don’t show everything we need to properly assess the work involved. In many cases, the full extent of the damage isn’t clear until we can examine the item in person.

That said, our website includes detailed information about our services, along with rough price estimates for many common repairs. Please don’t be surprised if, after you reach out, we let you know that an in-person evaluation is necessary to provide an accurate quote.
