The Pearl District REI and the REI Re/Supply stores send out repairs every Friday. Repairs dropped at these two locations are charged a $3.99 per item handling fee. The REI stores have their own repair forms for you to fill out when you drop off your item. Once an item is completed it will be returned to the REI you dropped it at.
