CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME

We will be CLOSED Sept 2nd through 10th. We will not be responding to inquiries or shipping out repairs or parts orders during this time.

Tents, Packs, Sleeping Bags- approx 3-4 week turn around (time in our shop).

Apparel and other repairs- approx 5-7 week turn around (time in our shop).

We do not do 'rush' jobs so please plan ahead.  Turn around times can be longer if approval of estimates are required. All items must be CLEANED before sending them in for repair. Unclean items will either be assessed a cleaning fee before repair or returned un-repaired.
